Due to Easter being on Sunday, April 4th, I've decided to move the Animal Drawing lesson for April
from the 3rd to the 10th. Hope this doesn't cause any inconvenience and as always, looking forward
to seeing everyone at La Specola!
Visto che la domenica il 4 aprile é Pasqua, ho deciso spostare la lezione di Disegno di Animali per aprile
dalle 3 aprile alle 10 aprile. Spero che questo cambiamento non causi delle problemmi e come sempre,
mi piacerebbe vedere tutti alla Specola!

MARCH ANIMAL DRAWING LESSON AT LA SPECOLA
Saturday, March 6th was the first of my monthly animal drawing lessons. There were twenty enthusiastic students ranging in age from 5 to adult (including some experienced artists), and we had a great time! Here are some student photos and comments. Thank you again to all the participants for making it a success, and hope to see you all again on Saturday, April 3rd!
Sabato, il 6 marzo é stato il primo di miei mensili corsi di disegno di animali. C'eranno veinte studenti entusiaste delle etá dal 5 anni fino ad adulti (comprese alcuni veri artisti), e abbiamo divertito tanto! Ecco sono alcune foto di studenti e anche commenti. Grazie ancora a tutti i partecipanti per aver fatto questa lezione un gran successo, e spero rivedervi tutti di nuovo a sabato, il 3 aprile!
"I enjoyed drawing animals your way and I think you should show us how to draw other things like trees or plants" (Traduzione: "Mi é piaciuto disegnare animali in la tua manera e penso che dovresti insegnarci anche disegnare altri cose come alberi o pianti")
"I liked it but I think next time you should teach people to draw other animals such as birds" (Mi é piaciuto la lezione pero la prossima volta devi insegnare i studenti disegnare altri animali come gli ucelli")
"Questa lezione é stata bella. Io ho imparato tanto, andare in giro al museo era bellissimo c'eranno tanti animali, da disegnare e conoscere...scimie, pinguini, coccodrilli, tigri, e canguni. E a me piace tanto disegnare, disegno sempre a scuola con i miei amici piú cari." (Translation: "This lesson was wonderful. I learned a lot, going around the museum was great, there were so many animals to draw and to see...monkeys, penguins, crocodiles, tigers, and kangaroos. And since I liked it so much I drew tons and tons of people and animals in my sketchbook, which as he said was my best friend. I was happy for him to have conceived this lesson in a natural history museum, because I had the opportunity to discover a lot of information about animals and the human body I didn't know.
